Prairie Heights features a swimming pool with a flushed spa and a fully completed backyard transformation designed for balance and ease.

The pool includes smart lighting and full automation, allowing the homeowners to control the space effortlessly throughout the day and evening. The pool deck is inlaid with artificial turf and integrated deck jets, adding softness, movement, and visual interest without cluttering the design.

Over 2,000 square feet of artificial turf extends into the side yards, paired with stepping stone access for easy circulation and low maintenance. Two curated planting beds complete the space, providing structure and greenery while keeping upkeep simple.

The result is a backyard that feels calm, functional, and intentionally designed for everyday enjoyment.
